ODF UNITED is On Deck's Youth Sports Club. Youth sports can be tough to navigate while pricing out too many. After years of advising, On Deck has now started ODF UNITED. For boys and girls ages 7-17, it first starts as an invited or open workout. From there, once sponsorships have been secured, teams are formed for any given age group or sport within sponsors region. Please contact your area Director below to get started.

Today's Development Teams
Unfortunately these are real numbers. Corporate Sponsorships can help alleviate some of these costs. Average cost per family without sponsorships, about $400/mo. On Deck provides scholarships as needed but sometimes even we need a scholarship! Developmental Teams practice until they are tournament ready. Once ready, they become a Select Team and play in tournaments or friendlies against other Select Teams.

$200 for Home and Away Sets. $2400 for whole team.

Eight (2) HR practices per month. 24 total. Min of $100/HR. $4800
